There’s no way that EDC NY sold out already, they just screwed over their fans by selling tickets to scalpers. Such a great way to treat your fans with respect by screwing them over with tickets at 3x the original price. Thanks EDC!

Someone needs to look into this and stick up for the actual fans.

I agree with EDM1221… scaplers are selling GA tickets up to $1000…wth… there’s seriously no way the tickets are sold out, they should’ve spread out the days they sold the tickets. I really hope they increase the capacity and sell more tickets soon. :(

its not insomniac that sells the tickets to scalpers it’s ticketmaster that does that

Such is that; scalpers get tickets to every event and sell them at ridiculous prices. There’s not really anything that anyone can do to stop it from happening. They have tons of money and tons of people to be online at the very moment that tickets for these types of events go on sale … Like Ednedmedmedm said, its not Insomniac or other EDC sponsors that sell to scalpers, its ticketmaster and other ticket sales marketeers that do; so, EDC did not sell its fans out. I’ve been buying tickets to shows since some of you were born, and its always been this way, difference is, back in the day, you actually had to camp out, for days sometimes, at ticket booths to get lucky, at least with internet sales everyone has a fair shot at the moment the sales occur.

You just can’t sleep on these things; I was online the waiting for the sale to start, and I got lucky; scored 5 2 day passes; I’m so very very sorry for all of those who didn’t make it–tickets sold out in less than 16 minutes. I’ve missed out on things too, and it sucks : (

I got my VIP tickets for a bit over $150 the day that they put them up for sale, c’mon don’t be nubs and complain about not getting tickets when you didn’t even care enough to get them on time and for a cheap price. Because you’re late on trying to get the tickets you now pay the price aka 3x the amount now and probably 4x-5x the amount closer to the date. So I suggest you buy yours now and stop bitching and ask mom and daddy for some extra cash :) .
