PLAYLIST: RE:mixes & Mash^s Volume 34

This week’s remixes and mashups is one stellar playlist you won’t want to miss. To start his week’s playlist off have a remix of a classic eurotrance track we all know by the name of Sandstorm, which released by Darude back in November of 1999. ‘Sandstorm’ was one of the most ubiquitous house anthems of the early 2000s, was part of the Best Selling 12 worldwide, and eventually certified Gold in the United States in 2010. The OG remix of ‘Sandstorm’, by the duo known as Candyland, has been revamped for the new decade and we aren’t complaining. You’ll also find yourself tuned into Kaskade’s remix of Usher’s latest radio hit titled Climax produced by the one and only Diplo. We’ve been missing Kaskade’s Music Mondays, but were finally treated to this release earlier this week.

Porter Robinson’s Language has been the talk online these past few weeks. There’s no doubt as to why this track has received the attention it has thus far. The production work is simply amazing and another example of why Porter is a force to reckon with. If you’ve heard the original mix you’ll want to check out the remix by No Body who kept the signature progressive breakdown while adding their own progressive flare into the mix.
