Marcin Czubala – Just Away [Mobilee Records]

Just Away is the most recent release from the Polish producer Marcin Czubala. Out on Mobilee Records, it features four tracks that are on all on the deep side. Each track has got plenty of bass, kick, samples, and synth, and all showcase the production skills of Marcin. Oliver $ – Granulated Soul [Play it Down]

Oliver $ does it again with his latest release Granulated Soul out on Play it Down. Two tracks make up this EP, the Granulated Soul (Original Mix) and the Granulated Soul (Respect to Detroit Mix). Both are quality house tracks, with the remix being more on the deeper side. I’d have to say the original takes the cake though. Wow. What a set of tracks! The new Eats Everything EP goes, that’s for sure! Released on San Francisco’s Dirtybird Records, these tracks bring the bass and are sure to get the dance floors moving. The Size has some saucy basslines and a great breakdown mid way through the track. There are also some pretty legit strings laid down. Second on the EP is Whatever Whatever, a bass heavy track loaded with a short vocal .....

Tim Green – Cherry / Swamp Girl EP

London based tech producer Tim Green shows us his deeper side with two deep disco infused tracks on the Cherry / Swamp Girl EP. The EP was released mid-October with RebelLion, the Crosstown Rebels underground label. Cherry, full of cowbells, toms, and vocals, has a swing to it that gives the song a bit of funk. The second track on the EP is Swamp Girl. This song has got a catchy sample, plenty of synth, .....

Solo – Pumpernickel EP

Solo {UK} is at it again. The Pumpernickel EP, released on Great Stuff Recordings with a Marco Lys Remix, is DOPE! Solo provides two tracks, Pumpernickel and Take a Look. Pumpernickel is an up-tempo tech house track with some great hi-hat shuffles, horns, and the heavy techie stabs. Take a Look keeps the energy up there, but has some deeper grooves to it. Piano cords play throughout the track, reminding me of some older house .....
